• Order data: name, email, delivery and billing address, optional phone number, order contents.
• Payment result data: the outcome of your payment and the last four digits of the card (from our processor). We never receive full card numbers.
• Account data, only if you choose to create an account: email address and authentication data.
• Support data: the messages you send us and our replies.
• Marketing data, only with your consent: your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Technical data: essential cookies and, only with your consent, optional analytics cookies.

To take and fulfil your order, take payment, send order and delivery updates, handle returns and refunds, answer support requests, meet our legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send occasional emails about new titles.

We share only what is necessary with: our payment processor (Stripe) to take payment; our email provider to send transactional emails; our hosting and database provider to run this site; and delivery carriers to deliver your parcel. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Order and billing records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is deleted when you ask us to close your account.
