Encryption everywhere
This entire website — not just the payment step — is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Data you submit, including your address and contact details, is encrypted in transit between your browser and our servers.
PCI-compliant card processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card number is entered on Stripe's hosted payment page and is tokenised by them. Jumpy joys never sees, transmits or stores full card numbers, expiry dates or security codes.
We collect only what we need
To fulfil an order we need your name, delivery address, email address and, optionally, a phone number for delivery issues. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for information that is not needed to complete and support your order.
Guest checkout
You can complete a purchase entirely as a guest. If you choose to create an account, it exists only to let you see your own order history — it is never a requirement for buying.
Fraud prevention
Stripe screens transactions for fraud, and our admin area is protected by authentication and rate limiting. Suspicious orders may be held for verification; if we cannot verify an order we cancel it and refund it in full.

If you believe you have found a security issue on this site, email Contact@jumpyjoys.shop with the details. We investigate every report and will confirm receipt.
