Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted for 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If you need a little longer, contact us and we can extend the window by a further 14 days.

Returns accepted for defective and non-defective products. Items should be in the condition you received them, with any shrink wrap or seal intact where applicable. We cannot accept books that have been written in, marked, or damaged after delivery.

Email Contact@jumpyjoys.shop with your order number and the title you want to return. We'll confirm your return by email with the return address and next steps. Returns are handled by mail — please do not send anything back before you receive our confirmation.

Return label included in the package. No restocking fee is charged. If a return is because the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return cost in full.

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the full price of the returned item to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show the credit. We'll email you when the refund is issued.

Exchanges accepted. Tell us which title you'd prefer when you request the return and, subject to availability, we'll send the replacement once the original is on its way back to us.

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched — email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the parcel has already left us, treat it as a return using the steps above.
